Unfortunately\, it does not allow its subscribers to “see” their DNA at the chromosome level. Both Gedmatch and My Heritage allow uploads of DNA data that was obtained in Ancestry testing\, and they both have tools that provide analysis of DNA matches at the chromosome level.
